Teradyne D300
With over 100 hardware model developments to our credit: ITS engineers have the necessary expertise to model the most complex digital circuits and hybrids. ITS D300 models contain the proper amount of X-Handling to mask non-repeatable states and generate unique fault signatures for fault dictionary development.

Update on D300 hardware modeler replacement.
The ITS HS-300 project aimed to replace the unsupported legacy Teradyne D300 hardware modeler system. The HS-300 takes a donor D300 backplane and interfaces it to a Teradyne HSSub with HSSub-6025 channel cards to simulate the D300 pattern and control boards from the legacy system. The HSSub runs Windows 11 with an ITS custom developed version of MDLMAN and DSORCE drivers to advertise the modeler services to LASAR. LASAR runs on a QEMU virtual machine with Solaris 8 on the embedded PC. This produces an all in one solution to future proof Hardware modeling services and LASAR simulation with judge capabilities.
Current Capabilities:
• Full support for DUS-160 board, utilizing all four rows
• Full support for all 15 slots of backplane
• Full support for Detect Group in hardware models
• Full support for Static and Dynamic models
• Uses LASAR specified dynamic clock assert and return timings
• Uses LASAR specified detect phase timings
• Full support for SYNC ON in hardware models
• Simulation of SYNC - WAIT ON pipeline delays to match worst case legacy delays
• LASAR SIMUL and JUDGE test cases passing, and match runs on a legacy D300 completely
Near Future Goals:
• A Phase II TACFI SBIR in progress to redesign the modeler backplane and DA101 boards to eliminate all legacy components, for a full COTS solution.
• Performance Improvements
• Doubling number of channels for a single slot to 320.
• New DA101s will have capability of twice number of channels
