With over 100 hardware model developments to our credit: ITS engineers have the necessary expertise to model the most complex digital circuits and hybrids. ITS has designed tools and methods used in the implementation and verification of hardware devices which require both static and dynamic consideration, or can not be preset to a known condition. ITS D300 models contain the proper amount of X-Handling to mask non-repeatable states and generate unique fault signatures for fault dictionary development. ITS also provides models with limited X-Handling capability for customers who do not require robust X-Handling functionality. Typically, design engineers are concerned with accurate timing representation; ITS will model all aspects of functional timing including state relative timing.
